Position Description

This position is responsible for the administration, coordination and
facilitation of all business and consumer banking activities and
achievement of assigned production goals for a defined area. This
position reports to the President-ISB.
Incumbents must possess the skills and knowledge to model, direct and
lead associates to achieve and/or exceed their individual assigned
goals. Further, the incumbent should possess experience in the
following areas: business banking (credit), fundamental cash
management products and services, sales, risk and expense management,
recruiting and associate development. The incumbent should be
knowledgeable of and an active participant in the local community and
have a commitment to excellence, quality and efficiency


Position Requirements

Bachelor Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years experience
in commercial/retail banking management positions.
Advanced retail and commercial credit analysis/underwriting skills
Excellent leadership skills
Strong negotiation skills
Outstanding public speaking ability
Strong motivational skills
